NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS

Sealed Bids for Contracts 2022, Gothic Street & Texas Road Drainage Improvements will be received by the Northampton Department of Public Works at their office at 125 Locust Street, Northampton, MA until 2:00 PM on September 28, 2022, at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid Documents will be available beginning September 7, 2022 by contacting Dawn Nims at . A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 10:00 AM. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as DRAINAGE for the project with an estimated value of $400,000 will be required. Project includes prevailing wage rates. Bid deposit and Payment Performance bonds are required. This is a City Funded Project.
