EDIT TO PREVIOUS POSTING ON APRIL 9,2025The City of Northampton invites sealed bids for the reconstruction of six (6) tennis courts and one (1) basketball court at JFK Middle School, 100 Bridge Road, Florence, MA, including demolition, earthwork, paving, court surfacing, fencing, landscaping, and associated site improvements. Bid documents will be available starting April 16, 2025 at www.BidDocsOnline.com (search “JFK Tennis Courts”). A non-mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held April 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.30 §39M and prevailing wage laws. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
