[ARCHIVED] October 7: Community Tag Sale & Swap Meet

The Northampton Reuse Committee’s Autumn Community Tag Sale & Swap Meet will be held on October 7, 2017, from 9am-12pm at Smith Vocational High School’s rear parking lot.  The rain date for the event is October 14.  Sellers register via the Northampton Department of Public Works, and a $15 non-refundable seller participation fee will be collected to offset advertising costs.  Participant applications will be accepted on a first-come, first served basis through Wednesday, October 4.   See seller registration form for additional details.

The sale is a great opportunity for apartment dwellers and those who hesitate holding sales at their home to sell usable household goods.  Participants need only load a vehicle, drive to the site and set up in an assigned parking space. The Committee encourages sellers to offer some items free of charge to encourage reuse of durable, low-value items.  The entire community is welcome to browse, and purchase during the event.
