[ARCHIVED] Holiday Tree Collection at Smith Vocational High School

The Northampton DPW will offer two collection dates for cut Christmas trees in January 2015. Trees may be dropped off at Smith Vocational High School, 80 Locust Street on Saturday, January 10th, and Saturday, January 17th, from 9:00 am – Noon.

All trees must be clear of ornaments, lights, tinsel, plastic bags, netting and metal wires. Trees will be chipped on site. Please note that artificial trees will not be accepted during these dates. Residents with Transfer Station stickers may take artificial trees to the Glendale Road Transfer Station during normal operating hours for bulky waste disposal. Fees will apply.

This tree collection will be open to all residents of Florence, Leeds and Northampton. A vehicle sticker is not required for this collection, but proof of residency (Drivers License or Vehicle Registration) should be available if asked.
