Change of Date on Election Calender for Drawing of Names Appearing on November Ballot

The order in which names appear on the municipal ballot for each race is determined by drawing by lot.  Because there is no preliminary in Northampton, the date of the drawing even has been changed 9/26/2023 pursuant to City's charter, Article 8, Section 4.   The time of the drawing is 5 pm.
