Tonight's Public Hearing is being held in accordance with The Charter of Northampton, Massachusetts, Article 7 Finance and Fiscal Procedures, Section 7-4: Action on the Operating Budget, (a) Public Hearing. 
The City Council will consider the Proposed FY2020 Budget, and hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon. 
The Proposed FY2020 Budget of Northampton, MA will be available for inspection by the public in the following locations at the specified times:
