23.349 An Ordinance to Amend Chapter 350-12.2 Outdoor Lighting - 2nd reading

Process note: Since the ordinance is carried over from the previous session and some councilors have not heard the discussion/presentation, the city solicitor's recommendation is to restart the City Council's public hearing. 

History:
