Intro to Swimming For Fitness

Are you interested in improving your aerobic training through swimming, but do not know or forgot how to do interval training? If so, we have a great opportunity for you. 
"The purpose of this program is to prepare swimmers to be able to use swimming as a fitness activity. We will work on improving existing swimming strokes (primarily freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke); introduce swimming on intervals and designing basic fitness workouts."

Coach Kim B. has worked with all age groups, open water and master swimmers of ALL levels from non-swimmer, beginner through NCAA Champions and English Channel swimmers. Kim has extensive experience, including 40+ years as Smith College Coach, and has 50 years of swimming teaching/coaching experience. He believes in positive feedback and positive motivation and strives to help everyone achieve their goals.
