VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: Hampshire County Medical Reserve Corps Recruitment

Hampshire County Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) Recruitment:

The Hampshire County MRC is a national volunteer program dedicated to building strong, healthy and prepared communities. We have more than 800 trained volunteers with medical and non-medical experience. They help us strengthen public health, improve emergency response capabilities and build community resiliency. Our registered volunteers have completed a background check and their credentials have been verified so they are able to help our communities in a time of need without delay.   

 To register, visit:   

  • When it asks you to select a unit, you’ll find the Hampshire County MRC listed under "Region 1"
  • You will also need to complete a background check (CORI/SORI) form before you can volunteer as an MRC member.  
  • Mail CORI to: Loren Davine, PO Box 241, Easthampton, MA 01027
  • Background checks will be expedited 

 At this time, the MRC may be needed for the following roles:

  • Preparing Food
  • Delivering Food
  • Staffing a Call Center/Phone Triage
  • Transportation
  • Shelter Management
