A serious motor vehicle collision occurred on N. King St requiring two ambulances, two engines and the deputy chief vehicle to respond. In total, 12 firefighters responded to the accident which required the use of the Jaws of Life to extricate patients and sent two patients to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.
