The following Public Hearing is hereby advertised in accordance with The Charter of Northampton, Massachusetts, Article 6 ADMINISTRATIVE ORGANIZATION, SECTION 6-1 ORGANIZATION OF CITY AGENCIES.

BY ORDER OF THE CITY COUNCIL, the Northampton City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 7:05 p.m. in Council Chambers, Wallace J. Puchalski Municipal Building, 212 Main Street, Northampton, MA. The City Council will consider the Proposed Amendments to the City of Northampton Administrative Code: Part 1 Administrative Organization: 1) 2.01 Office of the Mayor, 2) 2.07 Office of Planning and Sustainability, 3) 4.03 Senior Services and 4) 6.01 Department of Public Works; Part II Multiple-Member Appointive Organization: 5) 1.09 Multiple-member body internal organization, 6) 5.0 Assessors, Board of, 7) 11.0 Energy and Sustainability Commission, 8) 14.0 Housing Partnership and 9) 24.0 Transportation and Parking Commission.

The City Council will hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon. The City Council meeting begins at 7 p.m.
