Public Hearing regarding FY2020 Tax Levy

Public Hearing notice published October 24, 2019 and October 31, 2019 per M.G.L. Chapter 40, Section 56.

The Northampton City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 7:05 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 212 Main Street, Northampton, MA to discuss the percentages of the local tax levy to be borne by each class of real and personal property within the City of Northampton for FY2020 in accordance with Chapter 40, Section 56 of the Massachusetts General Laws. Information regarding this issue will be available for public inspection in the City Clerk’s office on or before November 5, 2019 after 12 p.m.
