Announcement regarding Executive Session Minutes

The Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 22) requires public bodies to regularly review minutes of Executive Session to determine if they may be disclosed. The Executive Session minutes of November 16, 2017 have been reviewed. It has been determined that, because of pending legal action, disclosure would defeat the lawful purpose of the Executive Session, so continued nondisclosure is warranted
