In accordance with the provisions of Section 22, Chapter 166, of the Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held tonight on the petition of Verizon New England, Inc. to erect a line of poles with wires and fixtures on Rust Avenue in Northampton. 

The City Council will hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon.
