Public Hearing regarding a pole petition received from National Grid

In accordance with the provisions of Section 22, Chapter 166 of the General Laws, a public hearing will be held at 212 Main Street in City Council Chambers on the petition of National Grid to erect poles and wires upon, along, under, or across one or more public ways in the City of Northampton.  The petition concerns a pole in front of a new development to #121 Hinckley Street.

Announcement of a Public Hearing regarding a pole petition received from Verizon

In accordance with the provisions of Section 22, Chapter 166, of the Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held on February 2, 2017 at 7:05 p.m. in City Council Chambers, 212 Main Street in Northampton on the petition of Verizon New England, Inc. to erect a line of poles with wires and fixtures on Rust Avenue in Northampton. 

The City Council will hear all persons who wish to be heard thereon.
