Announcement Regarding Executive Session Minutes

The Open Meeting Law (M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 22) requires public bodies to regularly review minutes of Executive Session to determine if they may be disclosed. The Executive Session minutes of February 16, 2017 and November 16, 2017 have been reviewed and it was determined that, because of ongoing collective bargaining and pending legal action, nondisclosure is still warranted.
