Zoning Maps

Find Your Zoning
To find your zoning, open a spreadsheet containing Percent Coverage of Zoning and Zoning Overlays. Please note that "small" values (less than 5%) are usually the result of the calculation methodology and can usually be disregarded.

Instructions
When the spreadsheets opens please follow these steps.
  • Click on the edit menu at the top of the spreadsheet
  • Click on "Find and Replace" to open a search window
  • Type your Parcel ID (from your tax bill) or Street Address in the "Find:" window
  • Press the find button
  • The grid cell containing your search term will be highlighted. The row containing the grid cell contains your results.
  • Match the values shown for your parcel to the zoning district at the top of the spreadhseet to determine your zoning.
Faster Search
A faster way is to search by Parcel ID.
  • If searching by address just type your house number and name; don't type the abbreviations for street, road, avenue, etc.
