Stormwater & Flood Control Utility

The Stormwater & Flood Control Utility Ordinance was passed by the Northampton City Council on March 20, 2014 and was approved by Mayor David J. Narkewicz on March 21, 2014. These web pages provide up to date information about the new utility, including billing and credit information.

Please note for this first implementation year, first and second quarter bills will be combined on the second quarterly bills. See links below for more information and a draft list of the annual fees for each property.
