Northampton Parks and Rec is excited to offer online registration for some programs! Via WebTrac, our online registration system, you may browse program offerings and search for activities. Once your household is registered, you can enroll in classes, pay balances, and print transaction history and receipts.
As we roll out the process, please be patient.
Not all programs will be in WebTrac. Some will be, and those as well as all others are listed on our website with registration options and forms to download and mail in, if available.
Each person/family who wants to be able to register online will need to set up their household with a login and a password. If you have taken programs with us in the past, you already have an account and will be required to update your household information (address, phone, email, etc.) at this time.
We have been using this registration program internally for years, so if you have taken programs with us in the past you should already be in the system. If you are already in the system it will ask you to verify your household information and set up your user name login and password.
If you have a problem, during office hours 8:30am-4:30pm you can call our office at 587-1040. After hours, please email us and we will get back to you during office hours.
