Table Tennis is the most played participant sport in the world - in short the sport for a lifetime that can be played from
early childhood to old age. It can be played at a gentle standing pace or at world class athletic levels.
Light paddle weight, the small 5 x 9' playing field, and feather weight balls make this an ideal and safe sport for young children. The core skills developed include hand-eye coordination, balance and enhanced motor skills. Achievement to a certain level is easy, and leads to increased self-esteem because the table tennis skills transfer easily to other sports many many life situations.
The program will be held in the beautiful Table Tennis Express Club on the main floor of the Keystone Building, 122 Pleasant Street, Easthampton. The facility include eight championship tables plus a 9th table with a robot to support rapid skill development.
Each participants will receive their own paddle and t-shirt to keep. All other equipment is provided.
