End your day on a yoga high, leaving tension and stress behind! This course is designed for folks who are new to yoga or want to get back to basics. We will explore a variety of basic yoga poses to help you feel stronger and more flexible, making movement freer and easier. We will also explore breathing and meditation practices to help quiet your mind so you feel more relaxed and peaceful.
