Beginners Yoga 2018

End your day on a yoga high, leaving tension and stress behind! This course is designed for folks who are new to yoga or want to get back to basics. We will explore a variety of basic yoga poses to help you feel stronger and more flexible, making movement freer and easier. We will also explore breathing and meditation practices to help quiet your mind so you feel more relaxed and peaceful.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is for everyone- including those with physical limitations or those who just want a gentle and safe introduction to yoga. Traditional yoga poses are modified so the can be done sitting in a chair or using the chair for support. No matter your age, size or physical condition, yoga can help increase flexibility, strength, balance, and concentration. Instructor Cherryl has been practicing yoga for more than ten years and teaching the last seven.

Spring Classes have been Cancelled. We hope to resume classes in the Fall of 2018.
