The City of Northampton's Recreation Department runs the programs and classes at the various city sites.
The Department of Public Works (DPW) is in charge of all maintenance of the facilities through the Parks and Cemetery Division of the DPW. Although the Recreation Department and the DPW Parks and Cemetery Division are two entirely separate departments, they work together to provide quality parks and recreation facilities for all to enjoy.
Usage requests must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of requested start date.
If you have any questions or would like to request field usage, please call the Recreation Department, or download the request form and send it in. Everyone's cooperation helps to ensure our city facilities are in the best shape possible, and all use is coordinated to avoid conflicts.
